General Contractor
PrimeCore Contracting has provided construction management on several projects. We have managed sites from the civil scope through the concrete scope and we have also managed the entirety of a project from start to finish. There is no better proof than the work that we performed on Ballard Studio Works which was completed in 2016.
Infrastructure
PrimeCore has provided solutions for infrastructure work from simple conduit installation to a duct bank accompanied by a large comm, electrical vault running across some of the busiest roads in the Greater Seattle Area.
Value Engineering
At PrimeCore, we are passionate about adding value, especially when it comes to problem solving civil construction issues. One of the benefits of having over 120 years of combined experience, is that our collaborative minds can provide unique solutions for architects and engineers.
Site Development
PrimeCore’s bread and butter. We have worked on multi-family housing, mixed use buildings, residential homes, general commercial properties, and everything in between. Although we are not just a dirt contractor, we have the expertise to provide our customers with industry leading service when it comes to site development.
ROW Improvements
PrimeCore is used to working in high traffic areas. We’ve successfully provided a safe work environment for everyone on site and pedestrians passing by because of our ability to prepare and perform traffic control plans; we also have an in-house traffic control supervisor. We can tackle improvements in the right of way of any kind. We’ve performed many deep digs in the middle of the right of way, street improvements, sidewalk, street panels, and general restoration.
Civil Construction
PrimeCore’s foundation is built upon its aptitude of civil construction. We provide expertise to many scopes of civil work encompassing expansive duct banks and communication lines, deep trenching, large and deep excavations, dewatering, full service ROW restoration and infrastructure, complicated demolition projects, grading, erosion control, public impact and municipality regulations. In addition, we are capable of exporting large amounts of dirt on a daily basis during mass excavation. Our experience adds value during the design process and we have the team to manage the schedule and coordination between all parties.
